Transportation

Uber to the Safari Park

We are offering Uber vouchers for transportation from the Springhill Suites to the Safari Park. The voucher will be active from 8am to 5pm but please aim to arrive by 4pm.

Bus to the Hotel

We are providing a charter bus to take guests from the Safari Park to the Springhill Suites at the end of the reception. Even if you're not staying at the Springhill Suites, you're welcome to use the bus because it may be easier to get an Uber from the hotel. If we have more late-night revelers than planned the bus will be first-come, first-served.

Driving

Here is a voucher for complimentary parking. Please present this voucher to the booth attendant when you arrive to the Safari Park.

If you plan on leaving your car overnight, please make a note of where you parked and let the staff know when you check in. The park recommends picking up your car by 8:00 am the next morning to avoid paying any parking fees.

Admission

If you are interested in visiting the park prior to the wedding, your complimentary tickets will be available at will call from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:00pm to give you plenty of time to park and make your way to the Harusi Lawn. At 4:00pm, a table will be set up at the entrance where guests may check in and pick up their park tickets. After you have checked in, a tram will take you to the ceremony site.

During The Day

You will have full access to the park including a ticket for the Africa Tram. So, before the wedding, feel free to spend the day exploring the Serengeti, trying to find the entire cast of the Lion King, or watching elephants play in Elephant Valley. If you’re up for some more exciting adventures, the Park offers some awesome additional experiences like zip-lining over the African Plains or heading up in a hot air balloon. These experiences can be purchased at the park or online ahead of time.

The Wedding

The wedding starts at 5:30pm at the Harusi Lawn. If you're not already at the Safari Park, aim to arrive by 4pm. If you're already in the park, consider walking time and arrive early. The schedule is on the home page. See you there!
